0072: Meetings last as long as transcripts

Status: accepted
Context
Meeting notes keep transcripts and summaries for as long as the user chooses (0059). Summaries could be kept forever, but transcripts only up to a year. The transcript is stored with its meeting, and retention deleted whole meetings when their summary's time was up, so a transcript kept longer than its summary would have gone with it.
Decision
Settings › Meeting notes offers Forever (36,500 days) for transcripts, as it does for summaries. Retention deletes a transcript after the transcript setting, and a whole meeting with its summary only after the longer of the two settings (AiSettings::meeting_cutoffs). Keep transcript on one meeting still keeps that transcript as long as the meeting.
Consequences
- Transcripts kept forever stay until the user deletes them, with their meetings.
- A summary can outlive its own setting while its transcript is kept. Settings says so under the summaries choice, and the Meetings list states the combined rule in one sentence.
- Keeping transcripts longer keeps more text on disk; the privacy policy says either can be kept until deleted.
