Short Leash is free to use, but its source isn't published.
Decision
Ship under a proprietary license that allows free use. Keep third-party notices for everything bundled or downloaded, and don't link copyleft code into the app. GPL programs such as MySQL run as separate downloaded processes.
Consequences
No open-source wording or public repository links. cargo deny and the license checker enforce the dependency rules.
